Event Description

As you know, the City of Milwaukee Department of City Development (DCD) and its partners at Historic King Drive BID, Harbor District, Inc., and the Walker’s Point Association, have launched an Equitable Growth through Transit-Oriented Development Planning Study, which aims to study the market impacts of proposed future extensions of the Milwaukee Streetcar into the King Drive / Bronzeville and Walker’s Point / Harbor District neighborhoods, and develop strategies aimed at balancing affordability and neighborhood goals with potential future development along these transit routes.

This study draws together important market analysis and development strategies for our neighborhood and can guide neighborhood development regardless if or when the streetcar expansion occurs.

Please let your voice be heard.
